About the role

  • Knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to Life, Credit Life (Prestamista) and Pension insurance products (SUSEP).
  • Operational insurance processes, including policy issuance and renewals.
  • Familiarity with insurance management systems (such as SAP, Salesforce, and insurers' internal systems) and document management and workflow tools.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and produce performance reports (e.g., policy issuance reports).
  • Management of operational metrics (KPIs) and analysis of operational process performance.
  • Conduct analyses to identify operational failures and propose process improvements.
  • Ability to map, document, and improve operational processes with a focus on operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Implementation and monitoring of quality control processes in operations to ensure compliance and minimize operational risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Process Management, Law, Economics, or related fields
  • Ability to analyze operational data and produce performance reports (such as policy issuance reports).
  • Management of operational metrics (KPIs) and analysis of process performance.
  • Conduct analyses to identify operational failures and propose improvements.
  • Ability to map, document, and improve operational processes, focusing on operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes in operations to ensure compliance and reduce operational risks.
  • Experience in insurance operations, preferably in credit life (prestamista), life insurance, and/or private pension products.
  • Practical experience in managing operational processes within insurance companies.
  • Advanced Excel skills for working with large volumes of data and reports.
  • Familiarity with operations management software and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
