Field Engineer

• You are the technical backbone for our customers in the energy and water sectors, ensuring our modern software solutions are deployed securely and efficiently.
• End-to-end support: First/Second/Third-level support for modern web applications and apps in asset management, in close coordination with development and project management.
• Deployment & commissioning: Secure implementation of complex software environments (on-premises or cloud).
• Customer-focused knowledge transfer: Hands-on training and onboarding of customer administrators and end users.
• Project participation & process optimization: Actively support the introduction of new applications and deliver product-related services to optimize the IT processes of our existing customers.
• Quality assurance & testing: Perform software tests as part of product releases to ensure the stability and security of the solutions.
