About the role

  • Provide leadership and support to the manager of a Family Agency
  • Manage a team of technical advisors, advisory managers and beneficiary service advisors
  • Oversee the organization, performance and quality of service delivered to beneficiaries
  • Drive continuous modernization and improvement of services
  • Oversee the activities of a territorial project advisor and social workers

Requirements

  • SAM diploma or proven experience managing administrative or social teams (operations/reception)
  • Strong managerial aptitude and proven management experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-working spirit
  • Proactive, with the ability to propose improvements and drive innovation
