About the role

  • Developing and managing end-to-end marketing operations and campaign workflows
  • Managing the Sportsbook marketing teams’ daily execution in Optimove
  • Continuously streamlining and optimizing marketing operations processes and improving efficiencies throughout the entire campaign development process.
  • Working closely with Sportsbook acquisition, retention, and lifecycle teams to support their strategy and campaign execution
  • Optimizing internal workflows to allow the Sportsbook Marketing teams to effectively execute digital marketing campaigns through each channel such as Email, Push, SMS, and In-app messaging.
  • Developing relationships with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Data, and Brand to improve how the Sportsbook Marketing team executes their campaign strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of senior executive level marketing experience; deep understanding of finance and drivers of performance
  • Strong MarTech and CRM fluency in campaign execution, workflows, reward codes, and digital marketing operations
  • Detail oriented professional with experience building marketing processes
  • Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in Marketing preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Cross-functional collaborative team player with strong program management skills.
  • Prior experience in iGaming, hospitality, or marketing agencies strongly preferred.
  • Professional appearance and ability to foster positive relationships across teams.
  • Must have the ability to deal effectively with executive clients (internal and external).
