Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role.
Strong familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, QA, etc.).
Deep experience using Jira and Confluence for work tracking, reporting, and delivery management.
Demonstrated ability to drive predictable delivery through effective Agile practices.
Use metrics to forecast, manage expectations, and improve team performance.
Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers in complex environments.
Orchestrate releases, including feature flags, bug triage, and coordination across teams.
Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of clear, proactive communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience helping teams establish and maintain Definition of Ready and Definition of Done is a plus.
