QA Automation Engineer

• Design and execute performance testing strategies including load, stress, endurance, and spike testing.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, or Gatling.
• Define workload models, baselines, and service-level objectives aligned to release criteria.
• Analyze logs, metrics, and observability data to identify performance bottlenecks across applications, databases, and infrastructure.
• Integrate automated performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and quality gate processes.
• Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and remediation planning for identified performance issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, DevSecOps, and product teams to validate reliability, scalability, and operational readiness across modern application environments.

Performance Test Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and regression testing across modernized platforms
• Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalent frameworks
• Implement API test automation for REST/JSON using tools such as Postman/Newman, RestAssured, Karate, or similar
• Collaborate with developers to improve testability and implement unit and integration test strategies where appropriate
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality gates
• Define and manage test data, test environments, and automated reporting/metrics
• Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into test scenarios and automation plans; support requirements analysis
• Perform defect triage and root-cause analysis; document results to accelerate resolution, reduce recurrence, and support audit readiness
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across distributed teams
