About the role
- Provide support for onboarding and integration activities for new employees
- Assist with organizational climate initiatives, employee engagement and internal marketing (endomarketing)
- Support HR administrative routines (organization of documents, controls and reports)
- Contribute to development initiatives, company culture and internal communication
- Assist the People & Management team with projects and day-to-day tasks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Interest in People & Management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, proactive and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
