About the role

Monitor and troubleshoot production instances
Contribute to implementing changes according to established standards
Participate in major-incident technical bridges
Administer and maintain IIS 10 web servers hosting .NET applications
Configure bindings, manage sites, backups, and configuration versions
Implement SSL certificates, authentication, access controls, and security best practices
Collaborate on Azure PaaS and SaaS components
Use Azure monitoring tools to track performance and health
Manage deployments using tools such as Octopus Deploy
Automate operational tasks with PowerShell and other scripting languages
Provide support for MS SQL Server
Perform Windows Server 2016/2019 administration and troubleshooting
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Implement containerized solutions using Docker

5–6 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing web application environments
Strong problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Experience with C#/.NET web applications
Knowledge of IIS administration, Windows and Linux operating systems, and MS SQL databases
Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell and other languages)
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
