About the role

  • Own features end-to-end — from idea to production
  • Write clean, scalable, maintainable code

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of hands-on engineering experience
  • Strong depth in Python/Go and TypeScript/JS
  • Experience building and scaling production systems
  • Sharp problem-solving skills — frameworks are tools, not the point
  • Clear communicator, low ego, high ownership
  • Able to juggle priorities without hand-holding
  • Nice to Have: Experience with AWS, infra, or performance optimisation | Strong opinions on system design (and the ability to defend them) | Side projects or open-source work you’re proud of
