About the role
- Deliver on growth targets, working collaboratively with our provider relations and product teams.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across functions and seniority with our health system partners.
- Ensure we deliver on partner expectations.
- Serve as the central internal and external point of contact for your partner relationships.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in developing and growing health system partnerships, for a minimum of 5 years.
- Track record of navigating large complex organizations with many stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and providers.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to understand and deliver on key operational, financial, and strategic goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of organizations.
- Ability to build repeatable processes and systems that enable Cadence to efficiently scale with existing and new system partners.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
