About the role

  • Multi-account Art Direction:
  • - Act as the guardian of strong aesthetics and ensure visual consistency across multiple accounts, respecting each brand's guidelines while innovating in social media formats;
  • High-performance Design & Motion:
  • - Develop creatives (static and motion) focused on attention retention on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn;
  • Consultative Approach and Idea Advocacy:
  • - Actively participate in meetings with different clients to present and defend creative directions, articulating the technical rationale behind the proposals;
  • Acceleration with AI:
  • - Integrate Generative Artificial Intelligence into the daily workflow to scale asset creation and propose disruptive aesthetics for the brands served;
  • Interface with Squads:
  • - Collaborate with analysts, transforming ideas and briefs into visual deliveries that boost organic and performance results;
  • Trend Curation:
  • - Monitor digital behavior and visual trends to rapidly apply relevant insights across each account in the portfolio;
  • Impeccable Delivery Under Demand:
  • - Maintain standards in a high-volume environment, ensuring technical quality in typography, color, assets and videos.

Requirements

  • Versatility:
  • - Solid experience as an Art Director in agencies or environments managing multiple accounts simultaneously;
  • Adobe Technical Mastery:
  • - Expert-level skills in Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro (essential for motion and video);
  • Artificial Intelligence:
  • - Proficiency or a genuine interest in using AI to optimize processes and elevate creative quality;
  • Presentation Skills:
  • - Ability to present strategic defenses to clients with varied profiles (from retail to corporate);
  • Social Media Portfolio:
  • - Clear demonstration of work focused on social media, including video editing, motion and mastery of digital aesthetics;
  • Familiarity with Figma:
  • - Use of the tool for organizing layouts and prototyping social creatives;
  • Agility and Adaptability:
  • - Ability to switch creative context quickly between accounts from different niches;
  • Extreme Organization:
  • - Rigorous about deadlines and capable of self-management in a high-volume demand environment;
