About the role
- Conduct active headhunting and market mapping, focusing on strategic roles and critical positions;
- Be responsible for feeding and nurturing the recruitment pipeline with qualified profiles, ensuring speed and accuracy in deliveries;
- Perform digital onboarding of new employees in our SAP/SuccessFactors platform;
- Make adjustments in the timekeeping system (Ahgora).
Requirements
- Experience or familiarity with Onboarding, Timekeeping, and Recruitment & Selection—with a focus on hunting and market mapping—will be a plus;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Willingness to work collaboratively.
