About the role

  • Conduct active headhunting and market mapping, focusing on strategic roles and critical positions;
  • Be responsible for feeding and nurturing the recruitment pipeline with qualified profiles, ensuring speed and accuracy in deliveries;
  • Perform digital onboarding of new employees in our SAP/SuccessFactors platform;
  • Make adjustments in the timekeeping system (Ahgora).

Requirements

  • Experience or familiarity with Onboarding, Timekeeping, and Recruitment & Selection—with a focus on hunting and market mapping—will be a plus;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Willingness to work collaboratively.
