Lead the design and implementation of integrated IT architectures
Manage and mentor a team of engineers supporting internal cyber operations
Collaborate with government clients to identify requirements and develop project plans
Provide hands-on technical support in areas of expertise
Oversee vendor and subcontractor relationships
Ensure project delivery within budget and schedule constraints
Prepare and present technical status reports to stakeholders
Maintain compliance with security and contractual policies
Assist the Program’s Financial Manager in collecting Team leave plans and communicating with the Government regarding forecasting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in IT engineering, project management, and team leadership (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
Experience creating technical roadmaps
Expertise in VMware environments, Active Directory, and network protocols
Proficiency in system software installation, configuration, and maintenance
Experience with patch management, shared storage environments, and backup solutions
Strong hardware troubleshooting and maintenance skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams
Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week with occasional travel between McLean and Bethesda
