💰 $65,000 - $110,000 per year

About the role

  • Own full cycle recruiting for all roles from intake through onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success criteria, compensation inputs, and hiring decisions.
  • Manage sourcing, coordination, offers, background checks and onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, managers, and leadership.
  • Advise and coach managers on setting expectations, delivering feedback, performance management, and managing employee issues.
  • Own benefits administration, enrollments, renewals, and vendor coordination.
  • Promote effective remote-work practices and manager enablement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on HR experience in a generalist or HR manager role
  • Highly organized, pragmatic, and trusted with confidential matters
  • Experience operating as a department of one or in a lean HR function
  • Strong global recruiting, employee relations, and HR operations background
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment law; global/contractor experience preferred
  • Comfortable partnering closely with Finance and senior leadership
  • Proficient with modern HR tools and systems
