About the role
- Own full cycle recruiting for all roles from intake through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope, success criteria, compensation inputs, and hiring decisions.
- Manage sourcing, coordination, offers, background checks and onboarding.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, managers, and leadership.
- Advise and coach managers on setting expectations, delivering feedback, performance management, and managing employee issues.
- Own benefits administration, enrollments, renewals, and vendor coordination.
- Promote effective remote-work practices and manager enablement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on HR experience in a generalist or HR manager role
- Highly organized, pragmatic, and trusted with confidential matters
- Experience operating as a department of one or in a lean HR function
- Strong global recruiting, employee relations, and HR operations background
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment law; global/contractor experience preferred
- Comfortable partnering closely with Finance and senior leadership
- Proficient with modern HR tools and systems
