About the role

  • Identifying target markets, developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, and setting KPIs to measure success.
  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels like paid advertising (PPC), email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and landing pages.
  • Designing and implementing lead generation initiatives to attract qualified potential customers.
  • Optimizing the customer acquisition funnel to increase conversion rates and drive new user sign-ups.
  • Implementing strategies to retain existing customers and encourage upgrades to higher subscription tiers.
  • Monitoring campaign performance using analytics tools, extracting actionable insights, and making data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies.
  • Continuously testing different marketing approaches to identify the most effective tactics for maximizing ROI.
  • Working closely with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth customer journey.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a SaaS growth marketing professional
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle
  • Experience with the AARRR Funnel / Pirate Metrics
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to think creatively and experiment with new marketing strategies
