About the role
- Support employees on all HR-related matters and collaborate constructively with employee representative bodies
- Act as an interface between the HR department and payroll
- Support HR administration and organization (recording and maintenance of master data, management and maintenance of digital personnel files, reporting, certification processes and preparation of references)
- General administrative tasks and team support
- Support the implementation of HR projects and processes
- Actively contribute to the development and digitization of HR processes
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training or currently enrolled in a degree program, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
- Professional experience in HR desirable
- Ideally familiar with the AVR / TVöD collective agreements
- Confident user of MS Office
- Strong communication skills and an independent, accurate and structured way of working
- Sense of responsibility, reliability, commitment and ability to work in a team
