About the role
- Assist in preparing materials for board meetings, ELT meetings and SLT meetings ensuring accuracy and timeliness in documentation.
- Support the development and dissemination of company-wide messaging, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Collaborate with strategy working groups to monitor progress against key objectives to delivery our operating strategy.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide administrative support to the SVP of Strategic Operations as needed, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated capacity to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in strategic planning, operations management, and corporate governance.
- Commitment to employee experience and culture principles.
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.
