About the role
- Leads and manages multiple digital integration projects with moderate to high complexity
- Defines new patterns, leverages existing patterns, and addresses gaps in the platform
- Facilitates effective meetings, keeps internal and external stakeholders informed
- Sets and maintains project scope and timelines, mitigates risks
- Partners with others to resolve technical issues, provides guidance to the project team
- Ensures deliverables are met by managing day-to-day work, escalates issues appropriately
- Partners with stakeholders and business resources to learn business processes
- Documents and validates current and future state operational processes and data flows
- Creates and tailors project artifacts for customer-specific implementations
- Provides solution education, monitors end-to-end data flow, drives issue resolution as needed
- Consults, collaborates to build partnerships with internal and external partners
- Owns cross-functional testing scenarios including creating and executing tests
- Provides training and coaching through partnering on team initiatives and project reviews
- Stays informed of evolving business modes and technology capabilities
Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis, software, or customer implementation experience
- 3+ years of experience managing complex projects spanning cross-functional teams
- Experience with standard data exchange formats (delimited flat files, XML, EDI X12, EDIFACT or IDOC)
- Experience with communication protocols (AS2, FTP, VAN, web services)
- Experience leading project teams
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering projects in an agile environment
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience and high school diploma/GED
