Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or MBA is preferred.
- The role requires a minimum of eight years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
- Experience in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods is strongly preferred.
- The position requires a strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing and distribution operations across North America is strongly preferred.
- Financial modeling experience is preferred.
- Proficient use of a computer, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), and other related applications or software.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP is required.
- The role requires strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain finance principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Experience working with financial systems such as SAP is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills are essential.
- The ability to influence and partner across operations, supply chain, and executive leadership is critical.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams are required.
- The ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for operational stakeholders is essential.
