About the role
- Further development and expansion of resilience and emergency management in accordance with DORA
- Analyze business-critical processes and develop measures to mitigate risks
- Plan, coordinate and document emergency drills and recovery tests
- Deliver awareness campaigns and training sessions and advise business units on business continuity and crisis management
- Close collaboration with IT Service Continuity Management, Risk Management and external partners
- In case of an incident: coordinate the crisis team and ensure smooth communication and decision-making
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors/regulators
Requirements
- Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards in Business Continuity Management (especially in the banking sector)
- Experience in process analysis and in preparing policies, procedures and manuals
- Strong team and communication skills and a confident presence
- Very good German and good English skills
