• Further develop and expand resilience and emergency management in line with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)
• Analyze business-critical processes and develop measures to minimize risks
• Plan, coordinate, and document emergency exercises and recovery tests
• Conduct awareness and training initiatives and advise business units on business continuity and crisis management
• Work closely with IT Service Continuity Management, Risk Management, and external partners
• In case of an incident: coordinate the crisis team and ensure smooth communication and decision-making
• Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external auditors and supervisory authorities

Business Continuity and Crisis Manager

• Build and operate a cloud-based infrastructure on AWS, with a focus on IT security within the team
• Develop and maintain a monitoring system for early detection of security incidents in the cloud (e.g., SIEM, log analysis, incident response)
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, and support penetration tests
• Administer, maintain, analyze, and monitor highly available cloud infrastructures
• Contribute to automation of deployments using Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform)
• Take responsibility for implementing regulatory requirements
