About the role
- You actively support our participants' learning success and work with the team to further develop modern learning content.
- Advising SMEs on AI potential: analyze existing business processes of small and medium-sized enterprises and identify areas where AI solutions can deliver real value.
- Supporting automation solutions: you help participants automate business processes and make them more efficient.
- Preparing and leading live calls – together with colleagues or independently, you lead interactive learning sessions and answer technical questions.
- Technology scouting & tool recommendations: research and select suitable AI tools and platforms for practical use in SMEs.
- Maintaining and continuously updating our course content – you ensure our materials stay current and aligned with the latest AI developments.
- Developing interactive learning materials and exercises – from idea and concept to implementation, you bring fresh ideas to our instructional offerings.
Requirements
- A strong passion for artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
- Experience with automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n and the ability to guide others in their practical use.
- Ability to follow existing processes with discipline and to quickly learn new systems.
- Quick comprehension and a high level of personal responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic sensibility when working with different learning styles.
- Team player with a desire to grow together with others.
- Strong, error-free written German (C2 level or equivalent).
- Prior experience in AI, coaching, or adult education is a plus but not required.
