Advise internal and external clients up to the CIO level on mail and groupware
Coordinate across the service-delivering organizational units
Consolidate and abstractly prepare highly complex customer issues, requirements and constraints
Account for various system-inherent and procedural dependencies and, where applicable, multiple alternative solutions
Support clients with business process analysis and optimization
Prepare a requirements specification (Pflichtenheft) for a complex application
Prepare factual material as a decision paper (solution alternatives and effort estimates), identifying and addressing contradictions and gaps in customer requirements during client contact and actively clarifying them
Represent Dataport in client committees and in joint IT governance bodies (up to CIO level) as well as in direct client contact (primarily at the IT management level)
Provide technical leadership for subprojects of high complexity
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of mail and groupware, in particular CCMS
Many years of practical experience advising customers or users in requirements management
Advanced knowledge of project management and practical project leadership experience
Confident in classifying Dataport core processes for the task requirements and experienced in applying and communicating them (e.g., incident management, change management, proposal process)
Solid knowledge of contract matters and contract drafting
Practical experience in designing and implementing (organizational) change processes
