About the role

  • Build and lead the integrated campaign strategy
  • Translate market insights into clear campaign narratives and frameworks
  • Orchestrate their activation across channels, regions, and cross-functional teams
  • Set strategic direction, campaign narratives, prioritisation, and planning frameworks
  • Partner closely with Content and Creative teams
  • Develop end-to-end campaign blueprints that deliver actionable and repeatable campaigns
  • Collaborate with Campaign and Program Managers to translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Facilitate the creative process by unlocking collaboration and ensuring ideas align with strategic narratives

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in integrated marketing, demand generation, or campaign roles
  • Proven track record driving campaign strategy, narrative development, and multi-channel orchestration
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams without formal management responsibility
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS (preferred) or multi-touch campaign environments
