About the role
- Responsible for hiring and nurturing talent in the branch.
- Develop strong relationships with local businesses and residents to help them achieve financial goals.
- Craft and implement plans to boost productivity and sales performance.
- Market products and services, and lead promotional efforts in the community.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing training and support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Branch/Retail Banking experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and commercial business processes.
- Proven sales and outside calling skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Strong initiative, judgment, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and core operating systems.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license required; comfortable with regular travel commitments.
