Requirements
- 3+ years of Branch/Retail Banking experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and commercial business processes
- Proven sales and outside calling skills
- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities
- Strong initiative, judgment, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and core operating systems
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
