Solutions Engineer

• Set the direction and lead the design of the solution architecture for Hubexo's global content authoring and management solutions
• Design highly efficient and scalable event-based data ingestion and ETL pipelines that process and enrich construction related data at high velocity
• Utilize serverless architecture and AI/ML/LLMs to evolve content authoring platforms
• Architect solutions for global deployability and scalability considering performance, data residency, and latency
• Design and support implementation of observability frameworks including logging, monitoring, tracing, and alerting
• Define and implement API strategies supporting GraphQL and REST
• Embed security considerations across architecture from data ingestion to enrichment to meet compliance
• Collaborate globally with architects across other Hubexo Tribes
• Provide architectural guidance, mentorship and support to squads responsible for data ingestion, enrichment, low-code, APIs, and internal content authoring platforms

• Define and govern the data architecture powering Hubexo’s global content lifecycle.
• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models and data contracts for new systems.
• Lead data migration and mapping initiatives, ensuring seamless and accurate transition from legacy systems.
• Create and enforce standards for data attributes and metadata; build a comprehensive data dictionary as single source of truth.
• Establish frameworks for data quality, data governance, and data lineage tracking to ensure provenance and trust.
• Architect data structures enabling advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and API development teams to define schemas for GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Implement data governance and security policies with security teams to ensure GDPR compliance.
• Guide API developers and data migration strategies to ensure data integrity and quality.

• Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining robust front-end and back-end codebases
• Contributing to API design and development (e.g. REST and GraphQL)
• Collaborating closely with UX Designers and Product Managers to implement user-friendly interfaces
• Ensuring quality through practices such as test automation, CI/CD, and monitoring working with DevOps Engineers
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Participating actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives
• Investigating and resolve technical issues or defects efficiently
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development
• Supporting and engage in knowledge sharing across the team
