• You\u2019ll be our customers\u2019 first point of contact and your mission will be to make sure that they feel confident that their issue is resolved with little to no fuss.
• Handle a wide range of customer contacts: lost card, app access, gambling spend support, etc.
• Know when to be empathetic, build rapport and own the contact until it\u2019s fully resolved.
• Make sure customers needing other skill sets are routed to the right place quickly for resolution.
• Have transferable skills to help other areas during peak times.
• Go through training as part of onboarding and receive continuous coaching and support from Team Manager and peers.

• Architect scalable, secure systems using modern cloud technologies and industry best practices
• Mentor team members on design principles, coding standards, and AI productivity tools adoption
• Debug complex technical issues to enhance system reliability, scalability, and ease of operation
• Review and ensure the security, scalability, and architectural integrity of feature designs across teams
• Build pipelines to integrate with third-party vendors and streamline workflows
