• You\u2019ll be our customers\u2019 first point of contact and your mission will be to make sure that they feel confident that their issue is resolved with little to no fuss.
• Handle a wide range of customer contacts: lost card, app access, gambling spend support, etc.
• Know when to be empathetic, build rapport and own the contact until it\u2019s fully resolved.
• Make sure customers needing other skill sets are routed to the right place quickly for resolution.
• Have transferable skills to help other areas during peak times.
• Go through training as part of onboarding and receive continuous coaching and support from Team Manager and peers.
