About the role
- Support the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
- Manage program finances to include invoicing and subcontractor invoices.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Assist in managing SharePoint repositories, ensuring data accuracy and version control.
- Coordinate requirements gathering and validation sessions to align with VA operational needs.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, action item logs, and schedules.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project analysis or coordination.
- Familiarity with federal IT projects, particularly within the VA.
- Experience using project management tools to include MS Project, Jira, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to synthesize data into meaningful reports and presentations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
