About the role

  • Independent responsibility for projects, including planning and organization
  • Leading workshops and training sessions for our customers
  • Technical setup and configuration of CarLiner environments
  • Customer support for new and existing users
  • Product presentations to customers and prospects (presales consulting)
  • Introduction and sale of new CarLiner modules (upselling)
  • Analysis of customer requirements and coordination with product management to further develop our software

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training, degree in business/economics or comparable qualification gained through professional experience
  • Relevant experience in project management or in the automotive industry
  • Motivated, a team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Independent working style with a strong sense of responsibility for project work
  • Good understanding of technical systems
  • Strong communication skills and a confident manner with our customers
  • Confident use of standard Office applications (Microsoft)
  • Business-fluent German (at least C1)
