💰 $29 - $31 per hour
About the role
- Perform ongoing asset management and surveillance activities to identify and monitor risk
- Review property inspection reports and identify mitigation strategies for life/safety and deferred maintenance issues
- Review Draw Requests to ensure proper documentation has been received and make recommendations for lender approval
- Review reserve withdrawals to reimburse Borrowers for eligible expenditures
- Assist with tracking and monitoring of BERTS, to track borrowers’ progress in fulfilling their post-closing responsibilities
- Review and spread property financial data to be analyzed by Asset Managers
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders
Requirements
- No prior experience required
- Undergraduate business degree in general accounting, banking, finance, or real estate preferred
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet tight deadlines, coordinate, and communicate effectively
- Good analytical, oral, and written communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter able to work independently
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment
- Creative and flexible approach to problem-solving and organizational challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
