About the role

  • SEO strategy and content: plan and execute organic growth focused on qualified traffic and conversion.
  • Semantic SEO and content hierarchy: build topic clusters, information architecture, and strategic interlinking.
  • Keyword and intent research: map opportunities across the funnel and prioritize content ideas by impact.
  • On-page SEO: optimize titles, headings, site structure, internal links, images, and content to quality standards.
  • Technical audit and action plan: identify indexing, crawling, performance, and structural bottlenecks.
  • SEO for AI (GEO/AEO/LLMO): adapt content for AI Overviews and AI-generated answers (clarity, structure, and trustworthiness).
  • Monitoring and reporting: track performance in GSC/GA4 and generate actionable insights.
  • Liaison with content and development teams: guide implementations and ensure technical and editorial standards.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with SEO (technical and content).
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console and GA4 (data analysis and decision-making).
  • Experience with tools such as Ahrefs/SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
  • Proven ability to design semantic architecture (pillar + clusters + interlinking).
  • Strong editorial writing and content vision sufficient to guide content that ranks and converts.
  • Analytical mindset: turn data into actionable plans and priorities.
