• Coordinate candidate interviews across multiple departments/time zones and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process

Recruiting Coordinator – People Operations Associate

Controller

• Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, and fixed assets
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Establish and document policies, procedures, and best practices for the finance function
• Own the full-cycle accounts payable process: vendor onboarding and W-9/1099 setup, purchase-order and invoice matching, GL coding, approval routing, payment runs, and vendor reconciliations and inquiries.
• Reconcile the AR and AP subledgers to the general ledger each period and maintain the related accrual and allowance estimates, including the allowance for credit losses.
• Build and maintain robust internal controls to support future audit cycles and diligence processes
• Prepare timely, accurate GAAP financial statements and the monthly management reporting package, with variance analysis against budget and prior period.
• Manage tax filings, sales tax compliance, and multi-state nexus considerations
• Proactively identify compliance risks and implement corrective measures
• Own cash management, bank reconciliations, and short-term cash forecasting.
• Forecast working-capital needs and time funding and disbursements against the cash position.
• Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and resource allocation.

Revenue Operations

• Build, maintain, and distribute dashboards and reports that give leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance
• Manage and build out deal desk
• Own and maintain Salesforce while building out CPQ process
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in revenue data and surface them proactively
• Support quota setting, and compensation plan administration in partnership with leadership
• Help develop and maintain sales playbooks, process documentation, and enablement resources
• Assists the sales teams in the creation, review, and processing of customer contracts to ensure accuracy

Revenue Operations – Rev Ops

Product Manager

• Translate customer needs, business priorities, and leadership direction into actionable product requirements
• Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and release documentation
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with leadership and engineering
• Coordinate feature development through planning, sprint execution, testing, release, and post-launch evaluation
• Help drive clarity when requirements, priorities, or scope are ambiguous
• Partner closely with the engineer, UI/UX design, customer support, and solutions engineering team
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming release reviews, and product discussions
• Help ensure product releases align with intended customer workflows and business objectives
• Collaborate with UI/UX design on feature workflows, user experience, and interaction patterns
• Contribute to feature-level solution design, edge-case analysis, and usability improvements
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal teams and support tickets and product usage
• Help improve product development processes, release coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
• Support the development of scalable product management practices as the organization scales
• Contribute to release readiness, launch checklists, QA coordination, and phase-gate processes
