• Define Product Vision & Strategy: Establish the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap, focusing on user research driven data. Ensure investments yield measurable value and enterprise-wide leverage, ensuring a unified customer journey.
• Lead the Product Organization: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management department. Set clear expectations for ownership, quality, and outcomes across multiple teams, fostering a culture of clarity, customer obsession, measurement, and innovation.
• Establish the Product Operating Model: Define how product teams partner with engineering and brand leadership to ensure clear accountability, fast decision-making, and strong product outcomes.
• Execute Strategic Roadmaps: Oversee the product management function, partnering with engineering to optimize resource allocation, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality capabilities. Implement strong product operating rhythms, roadmap planning, metrics, reviews, and decision frameworks to drive accountability and execution at scale.
• Modernize Platforms: Drive the evolution of platform teams for increased efficiency through common capabilities, shared services, and standardized workflows.
• Drive Organizational Alignment: Partner cross-functionally to align platform roadmaps with business priorities. Ensure technical expertise is harnessed to meet growth goals and foster a culture of technical excellence. Establish joint accountability measures with business stakeholders for product success, including adoption rates, revenue impact, operational efficiency gains, and customer satisfaction improvements.
• Liaise with Commercial Leadership: Act as a strategic partner to Business Leaders, ensuring the platform serves as a primary engine for revenue and market expansion. Translate commercial strategy into technical requirements.
• Drive Design Excellence & User-Centered Innovation: Ensure a unified design vision, a scalable design system, and UI standards to ensure cohesive, accessible, and customer-centered experiences. Embed design early in the product lifecycle with user research and usability testing.
• Engage with Stakeholders: Represent the company externally with strategic partners, customers, and industry stakeholders to drive alignment around identity standards and platform direction. Engage directly with customers, evangelizing product strategy, and incorporating feedback. Communicate product strategy, priorities, and performance to leadership and stakeholders.

Project Manager

• Lead end-to-end execution of Business Intelligence projects, from intake and scoping through delivery and closure
• Partner with BI team members and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, timelines, ownership, and success criteria
• Establish clear project milestones and measurable success criteria; actively track performance against goals and ensure visibility into progress and outcomes
• Proactively communicate project status, progress, timelines, and roadblocks to stakeholders
• Maintain clear visibility into all active BI initiatives, ensuring alignment with department and company priorities
• Identify risks, manage dependencies, and proactively address bottlenecks
• Hold stakeholders accountable to commitments and drive projects forward with urgency
• Standardize and maintain BI project documentation and SOPs in Confluence
