About the role
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Establish the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap, focusing on user research driven data. Ensure investments yield measurable value and enterprise-wide leverage, ensuring a unified customer journey.
- Lead the Product Organization: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management department. Set clear expectations for ownership, quality, and outcomes across multiple teams, fostering a culture of clarity, customer obsession, measurement, and innovation.
- Establish the Product Operating Model: Define how product teams partner with engineering and brand leadership to ensure clear accountability, fast decision-making, and strong product outcomes.
- Execute Strategic Roadmaps: Oversee the product management function, partnering with engineering to optimize resource allocation, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality capabilities. Implement strong product operating rhythms, roadmap planning, metrics, reviews, and decision frameworks to drive accountability and execution at scale.
- Modernize Platforms: Drive the evolution of platform teams for increased efficiency through common capabilities, shared services, and standardized workflows.
- Drive Organizational Alignment: Partner cross-functionally to align platform roadmaps with business priorities. Ensure technical expertise is harnessed to meet growth goals and foster a culture of technical excellence. Establish joint accountability measures with business stakeholders for product success, including adoption rates, revenue impact, operational efficiency gains, and customer satisfaction improvements.
- Liaise with Commercial Leadership: Act as a strategic partner to Business Leaders, ensuring the platform serves as a primary engine for revenue and market expansion. Translate commercial strategy into technical requirements.
- Drive Design Excellence & User-Centered Innovation: Ensure a unified design vision, a scalable design system, and UI standards to ensure cohesive, accessible, and customer-centered experiences. Embed design early in the product lifecycle with user research and usability testing.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Represent the company externally with strategic partners, customers, and industry stakeholders to drive alignment around identity standards and platform direction. Engage directly with customers, evangelizing product strategy, and incorporating feedback. Communicate product strategy, priorities, and performance to leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 15+ years of product management experience, leading platform or infrastructure products and scaling high-performing teams in a complex, multi-brand environment.
- Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and navigate organizational complexity. Ability to translate commercial strategy into technical requirements.
- Experience working directly with GMs and Sales/Marketing leaders to align technical roadmaps with P&L objectives and subscription growth.
- A strategic systems thinker capable of synthesizing complex information to identify platform-level value opportunities. Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels, setting vision while holding teams accountable for delivery.
- Establishes cultures of experimentation, validation, and accountability tied to business outcomes. Leverages quantitative and qualitative data at scale to inform strategy and measure impact.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical and product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
