About the role

  • Independently handle complex contractual law issues
  • Provide advice and support on international contract and trade law
  • Review, draft and negotiate contracts, amendments and claims
  • Work on international, interdisciplinary projects and liaise closely with various departments

Requirements

  • You have completed your legal qualifications — including the Second State Examination (fully qualified lawyer) and/or a Master of Laws (LL.M.) — with above-average results
  • Ideally, you have initial exposure to Corporate Law and International Private Law
  • Strong negotiation skills with precise and persuasive communication
  • Enjoy interdisciplinary and international collaboration; willingness to undertake regular business travel
  • A structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
