About the role
- Independently handle complex contractual law issues
- Provide advice and support on international contract and trade law
- Review, draft and negotiate contracts, amendments and claims
- Work on international, interdisciplinary projects and liaise closely with various departments
Requirements
- You have completed your legal qualifications — including the Second State Examination (fully qualified lawyer) and/or a Master of Laws (LL.M.) — with above-average results
- Ideally, you have initial exposure to Corporate Law and International Private Law
- Strong negotiation skills with precise and persuasive communication
- Enjoy interdisciplinary and international collaboration; willingness to undertake regular business travel
- A structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
