  • Role overview: Sales Operations Manager to partner with Sales leadership to optimize day-to-day operations, define and scale processes, and accelerate growth.
  • Responsibilities: Act as strategic partner to Sales leadership, helping to shape and support their day-to-day operational needs; Develop and implement scalable processes to improve sales team productivity and effectiveness; Design and continuously refine the ideal “day in the life” for Sales Directors and VPs, streamlining workflows and reducing friction; Monitor sales execution metrics and pipeline health, generating regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders; Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Business Systems to align on go-to-market execution and performance goals; Identify and drive improvements to our tech stack and CRM processes (Salesforce), ensuring alignment with evolving sales motions; Create playbooks, onboarding plans, and enablement strategies to accelerate time-to-ramp for Sales Directors; Deliver ongoing support and training on CRM hygiene, forecasting, and sales process best practices; Stay current on industry trends and operational best practices to bring forward new ideas and innovation

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong understanding of sales process, forecasting, and pipeline management principles
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and experience with sales productivity tools (e.g., Groove, Gong, ZoomInfo)
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in sales enablement, training, or onboarding programs is a plus
  • Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
