Role overview: Sales Operations Manager to partner with Sales leadership to optimize day-to-day operations, define and scale processes, and accelerate growth.
Responsibilities: Act as strategic partner to Sales leadership, helping to shape and support their day-to-day operational needs; Develop and implement scalable processes to improve sales team productivity and effectiveness; Design and continuously refine the ideal “day in the life” for Sales Directors and VPs, streamlining workflows and reducing friction; Monitor sales execution metrics and pipeline health, generating regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders; Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Business Systems to align on go-to-market execution and performance goals; Identify and drive improvements to our tech stack and CRM processes (Salesforce), ensuring alignment with evolving sales motions; Create playbooks, onboarding plans, and enablement strategies to accelerate time-to-ramp for Sales Directors; Deliver ongoing support and training on CRM hygiene, forecasting, and sales process best practices; Stay current on industry trends and operational best practices to bring forward new ideas and innovation
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS or technology company
Strong understanding of sales process, forecasting, and pipeline management principles
Proficiency with Salesforce and experience with sales productivity tools (e.g., Groove, Gong, ZoomInfo)
Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority
Detail-oriented with exceptional project management and organizational skills
Experience in sales enablement, training, or onboarding programs is a plus
Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
