• Visit Busy Bees centres across New South Wales to observe practice, identify risks, and provide real-time feedback to educators and leaders.
• Deliver engaging face-to-face safeguarding training and capability-building sessions that strengthen confidence and compliance.
• Support services through transition by ensuring safeguarding frameworks, systems and standards are consistently applied.
• Partner with service leaders and operational teams to drive continuous improvement while maintaining an independent child safety focus.
