Key responsibilities & impact

Embed safeguarding practices across services through practical, on-the-floor coaching and support.
Visit Busy Bees centres across New South Wales to observe practice, identify risks, and provide real-time feedback to educators and leaders.
Deliver engaging face-to-face safeguarding training and capability-building sessions that strengthen confidence and compliance.
Support services through transition by ensuring safeguarding frameworks, systems and standards are consistently applied.
Partner with service leaders and operational teams to drive continuous improvement while maintaining an independent child safety focus.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing, with alignment to our Busy Bees values.
Significant experience in early childhood education, safeguarding, quality, compliance or training roles.
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and influence practice through hands-on, in-the-moment support.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding expectations within regulated care environments.
Experience identifying risks and providing practical, solution-focused recommendations that improve quality outcomes.
The flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across New South Wales, working directly within Busy Bees services.
