About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Embed safeguarding practices across services through practical, on-the-floor coaching and support.
- Visit Busy Bees centres across New South Wales to observe practice, identify risks, and provide real-time feedback to educators and leaders.
- Deliver engaging face-to-face safeguarding training and capability-building sessions that strengthen confidence and compliance.
- Support services through transition by ensuring safeguarding frameworks, systems and standards are consistently applied.
- Partner with service leaders and operational teams to drive continuous improvement while maintaining an independent child safety focus.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing, with alignment to our Busy Bees values.
- Significant experience in early childhood education, safeguarding, quality, compliance or training roles.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and influence practice through hands-on, in-the-moment support.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding expectations within regulated care environments.
- Experience identifying risks and providing practical, solution-focused recommendations that improve quality outcomes.
- The flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across New South Wales, working directly within Busy Bees services.
