About the role
- Develop proposal project plans for prospective client opportunities
- Schedule RFP Kick-Off Meetings
- Distribute information to SMEs
- Coordinate with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, and Strategic Sales Advisors regarding pricing
- Populate proposal responses & incorporate Klue
- Finalize draft and distribute for review, incorporate feedback and make edits
- Update content library
- Become a Member of Association of Proposal Management Professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) preferred
- 5+ years of experience with proposal writing
- Prior experience within the benefits or healthcare industry is ideal
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
