About the role
- All aspects of Council Tax in a Customer Service environment (billing & recovery calls)
- Dealing with customer enquiries in a variety of formats including taking incoming calls
Requirements
- Must have knowledge of the MRI/Capita One (Academy) system
- Experience of dealing with Council Tax enquiries
- Experience in using the MRI/Capita(Academy) database
- Job involves taking incoming calls and CT amendments
