About the role

  • You manage a defined portfolio of enterprise customers in the DACH region and build strategic, long-term partnerships.
  • You act as a sparring partner and trusted advisor at management and C-level and develop tailored success plans with your customers.
  • You support complex implementations, international rollouts and change processes.
  • You ensure sustainable product adoption across multiple business units.
  • You identify expansion opportunities in a structured manner and work closely with the responsible Account Manager who owns the commercial execution.
  • You detect risks early and proactively drive retention and churn-prevention measures.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Account Management or a comparable consultative role in a SaaS or IT environment.
  • Alternatively, solid experience in the construction or real estate sector with a strong strategic customer focus.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder structures and decision-making processes in larger organizations.
  • Strong consulting, analytical and communication skills.
  • Native-level German and very good English skills.
  • High degree of ownership and strategic thinking.
