Account Executive

• OmniBox is looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive to manage the full sales process, from building prospect lists and generating outbound opportunities through discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
• This person will primarily sell OmniBox solutions to apartment communities, multifamily developers, property management companies, hotels, and ownership groups.
• Identify and prospect apartment communities, multifamily developments, hotels, developers, property management companies, and ownership groups.
• Use BuildCentral and similar real estate databases to identify new developments, renovations, hotel openings, and projects in the planning or construction stages.
• Build targeted lead lists organized by market, property type, development stage, ownership group, and customer profile.
• Conduct personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity, opportunity, and pipeline information in HubSpot.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach through signed agreement.
