  • Join Our Team as a Legal Intake Specialist at Bush & Bush Law Group!
  • Bush & Bush Law Group is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to fighting for the rights of our clients
  • First point of contact for potential clients; provide excellent customer service and evaluate potential cases
  • Handle inbound calls, gather information about auto accidents, explain legal processes, maintain confidential client records, provide administrative support
  • Compensation includes commissions ranging from $4 to $6 per hour in addition to the base pay
  • Schedule: 7:00AM to 4:00PM OR 10:30AM to 7:30PM Central Time.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
  • Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case management software is a plus
  • A genuine desire to assist clients in their times of need and a compassionate demeanor
