- Bush & Bush Law Group is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to fighting for the rights of our clients
- First point of contact for potential clients; provide excellent customer service and evaluate potential cases
- Handle inbound calls, gather information about auto accidents, explain legal processes, maintain confidential client records, provide administrative support
- Compensation includes commissions ranging from $4 to $6 per hour in addition to the base pay
- Schedule: 7:00AM to 4:00PM OR 10:30AM to 7:30PM Central Time.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Previous experience in a legal environment or customer service/intake role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with case management software is a plus
- A genuine desire to assist clients in their times of need and a compassionate demeanor
