Provide individual, group, family, and practical counseling services to support student well-being and foster academic success.
Establish a caseload and coordinate with supervisory staff.
Deliver prevention, intervention, and support services.
Collaborate with school counselors and act as a liaison to community resources.
Conduct clinical assessments and deliver interventions to students and families.
Provide or coordinate thorough follow-up services for all clients under your care.
Participate in client staffing sessions to pinpoint issues and establish treatment goals.
Contribute to emergency services by providing aid during emotional crises.
Serve as a liaison to ensure services reach all family members.
Requirements
Master's degree in a licensure eligible field of study such as Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
Actively licensed as (or on track to become licensed as): Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Preferred experience in providing family, individual, and group therapy, as well as community education.
Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
