Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter
  • preferably within the retail or operations / logistics sector
  • ATS knowledge (e.g. Workday Recruiting or similar platforms)
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • demonstrated professionalism and strong business acumen
  • ability to think strategically
  • ability to work onsite at our Distribution Centers and Corporate Office on a weekly hybrid schedule
