About the role

Represent BURGA’s brand voice across English-speaking social media channels and online communities.
Build and nurture an engaged community by responding to comments, messages, mentions, and reviews.
Monitor, manage, and respond to both positive and negative feedback in a professional, on-brand way.
Escalate sensitive, high-risk, or crisis-related issues and contribute to crisis management workflows.
Support junior agents in their daily tasks by answering questions and assisting with complex or sensitive cases.
Assist in planning and executing community activations and gifting initiatives.
Stay on top of social media trends, viral formats, memes, trending sounds, and adapt them creatively for community management.
Track and analyze community engagement, sharing insights and improvements.

Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills (C1–C2).
At least 2 years of proven experience in community management, ideally within e-commerce or lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
Interest in pop culture, digital marketing, and social media trends.
Confidence in engaging with online communities and handling feedback constructively.
Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
