Engineer

• The equipment supervision engineer will be responsible for consulting as assigned by the Chief Supervision Consultant.
• Inspect and advise the client on the reasonableness and optimization of MEP systems in the project.
• Participate in handling and adjusting the design (if necessary).
• Monitor and supervise the quality, quantity, progress, occupational safety and environmental hygiene of the project; supervise equipment and materials before use and re-check the reasonableness and consistency of the design documents.

Laboratory Analyst – Microbiology

Civil Engineer

• Design and verify building structures and civil engineering works
• Contribute to the preparation of technical and financial proposals related to the structural calculation verification of buildings and civil engineering works
• Perform diagnostics on existing assets in accordance with current regulations, including geometric and structural surveys
• Inspect and assess the condition and deterioration of primary structural elements in order to account for these impacts in calculation reports
• Model and verify structural elements in reinforced concrete, steel framing and timber using ROBOT or GRAITEC, for both elastic and inelastic analyses
• Contribute to successful project delivery in terms of scheduling, quality, safety and profitability

Structural Engineer - Building – F/M/X

• Translate Client Terms of Reference (TOR) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) into comprehensive technical proposals
• Independently perform detailed project cost calculations (CAPEX/OPEX)
• Manage the full tender lifecycle, ensuring 100% compliance with internal standards and strict client deadlines
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with sub-contractors or specialized vendors

• Comprobando la eficacia de las actividades preventivas previstas en la Planificación y adecuando las mismas a los riesgos previstos y no previstos derivados de la situación que determina la necesidad de la presencia de Recursos Preventivos
• Si se observa un cumplimiento deficiente de dichas actividades preventivas, deberán hacer las indicaciones necesarias para el correcto cumplimiento de las mismas
• Informar al empresario para que este adopte las medidas necesarias para corregir las deficiencias detectadas
