About the role

  • Lead the Building and Infrastructure business within Southern and East Africa
  • Own full P&L responsibility and deliver revenue growth
  • Develop and manage annual sales, revenue, and profit budgets
  • Oversee the safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of services across CAPEX and Operations phases
  • Drive operational efficiency and monitor delivery KPIs
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
  • Additional qualifications in Project management and Infrastructure management desirable
  • 10+ years professional work experience in Building and Infrastructure P&L, Business development activities, Sales and Marketing experience
  • High integrity with a commitment to safety, ethics, and quality
  • Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams across dispersed operations
  • Strategic thinker with operational capability
  • Strong commercial acumen and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills in English (and local language if applicable)
